How do I check your availability or book you for my wedding?

If we are available and you want to book, we normally ask for your e-mail address & mobile and send you a link to our information, provide quotes, affordable prices and bespoke services.
What type of Weddings do you cover?
We cover Sikh, Hindu, English and Pakistani, Muslim, Arab, Bengali and Indian Weddings. Amar G Media has a greta deal of experience in all weddings and will ensure your wedding is covered to a high standard
What Locations do you cover?
We cover Nationwide and International.
A majority of my clients are from Reading, Slough, Hayes, Maidenhead, Marlow, Southall, Illford, London and Harrow. However, it doesn't stop there, and I cover Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinhamshire, Surrey and Bucks.
What do I receive as the final media product?
You would receive the Photography or Wedding film on USB, as recorded delivery, fully edited. Further information would be provided at consultation
Are you really an affordable photographer?
Yes I believe I am. Having been in the wedding industry for many years, I understand that weddings are very costly, and try to give my clients the best possible photography package at very affordable prices.
How much is it to secure our date and book?
Typically, we request 50% of the total quote required to secure your date/s with AmarGMedia. Our payment details will be provided once you are happy with our quotation and services provided. Your date/ booking is not secure until a deposit is paid. The booking fee/deposit is deducted from the overall cost of your chosen wedding package.
When is the remaining balance due to be paid?
Your final balance for your wedding film is due 14 days before your wedding date, but you can pay at any time before this or even on the wedding day itself.
What form of payments are accepted?
Our preferred method of payment is via Bank Transfer. Our bank details will be on the invoice and email communication.
What happens after we book?
The moment you book with us, you can relax. You are now covered for your media requirements and our client care from start to end will provide you with a stress free experience with us. We will e-mail you a few weeks before your wedding requesting an ittenary, or additional requirements you may have, or changes on your event/s. Our advice is free, so please make use of any opportunity to ask us anything you may be unsure. As wedding media experts, we have the knowledge and experience to give advice and information.
Do you charge for travelling?
Typically, we factor any travel into the quote beforehand, and do our best not to add any additional costs towards you. However, we may have to charge, if the event is out of Greater London, or for other forms of transport such as flights and accommodation if we need to stay over. All this information, again, is clearly stated on our quote.
When will my wedding photography & film be ready?
Our turn around time for Photography is typically 1 month, and the wedding film can be between 2 to 4 months, depending on the scale of the film edit and if the event is during wedding season.
When will my wedding trailer/ highlight film be ready?
We aim to get trailers and highlight videos completed a few weeks after your wedding. When your trailer/ highlight film is ready we will send you a link to it.
How long will my finished wedding film be?
Typically, the wedding film can be between 90 -120 mins long. This depends on the days events and can vary in times
What cameras do you use?
Our main cameras are Canon & Sony DSLR’s, as they are small & discrete and more importantly produce excellent cinematic HD 1080p image quality. We use a three camera setup to capture all the key points of your day (ceremony, entrance, speeches & first dance).
Do you film in HD (High Definition)?
We always film in 1080p HD as it produces the best results.
Online trailers/ highlight videos will be uploaded online in a streamable HD format.
Currently we are transitioning from Blurays & DVD (old technology) to a unique, online delivery platform. This future proof technology will suit everyone, anywhere, anytime.
How do you Film?
We try to be as discrete as possible. We don’t want you or your guests feeling uncomfortable or awkward, we want you to be comfortable, happy and relaxed.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have professional business insurance including public liability, professional indemnity & equipment cover.
Is this your best price, would you “price match” this company or do a cheaper price?
We really try to give you our best quote. The quote provided, factors in many unseen actions the company provides for you as a client.
The message we try to convey is this, "you get what you pay for". For example if you book a photographer or videographer for £300, then you should expect photography or video that is £300 quality.
As this is your wedding day, we provide affordable and highly competitive quotes. Whatever price you book us for, you have the assurance, you will be looked after from start to end, and expect a quality media product.
